As we are all pretty much on lockdown all doing our best to not get or spread the corona virus, it’s so important to stay active and keep your immune system strong..
the benefits of workout especially at these difficult times cannot go unnoticed..
my personal opinion is you need at least between 30 to 60 mins of active and exercise a day to have good results and make sure your health is in check.
I would suggest alteranting your training to keep it exciting, however during lockdown you will be limited and prob frustrated with your lack of options and that’s where I come in.
At the moment I am either training clients online or sending videos and workouts.
If you have a trainer make sure tonlet your trainer know what equipment you may have and send pics of your environment. A good trainer will be able to create a workout in any environment and make it fun for you .. The priority right now is about maintenance and making sure you stay healthy,that is if you are not sick, but i say this could be an opportunity to set new goals and use this time to face yourself and overcome the things that have been holding you back.
Try alternating full body workouts with cardio days one week, then do body splits the next week and mixing it all up on week 3 before repeating..
Food is very important so download an app that can help you monitor your intake based on your daily calorie allowance.
If you want to lose weight, you have to eat less than you burn.
Also drink enough water and rest between 6 to 8 hours if possible.
